- Item must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging
- Must include original receipt or order confirmation
- Returns are only accepted for:
- Wrong item delivered
- Size issue
- Damaged/defective product

- We offer easy exchange for size or design (subject to availability)
- Exchange request must be made within 7 days
- Customer may need to pay delivery charges for exchange

- Product is out of stock for exchange, OR
- Customer receives a defective/damaged item
- Refund will be issued via:

- Processing time: 5–7 working days after approval

- Items without original packaging

- Products returned after 7 days
🚚 Shipping Charges
- Delivery charges are non-refundable
- Customer pays return shipping unless item is defective or wrong
