Return Eligibility

You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

To qualify for a return:

• The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition.

• The product must be returned in its original packaging, including any tags, boxes, or accessories.

• A valid order number or proof of purchase is required.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

• Earrings

• Personalized or custom-made jewelry

• Engraved items

• Gift cards

• Clearance or Final Sale items

• Products damaged due to misuse, accidents, or improper care

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or full refund after reviewing your claim.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

• Refunds will be processed to your original payment method.

• Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Exchange Policy

We only replace items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect. If you need an exchange, please contact our customer support team.

Return Shipping

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as Bailamose is not responsible for returns lost in transit.

Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled only before they have been processed or shipped. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.
